Lobby Hours:

Where are you located?
We are located at 1920 Alpha Drive, Rockwall. We are North of Baylor Scott & White Emergency Hospital and south east of the Wilkerson-Sanders Memorial Stadium in the Ellis Centre Business Center. Check out our location on our website for additional information.
Do you offer Daycare packages?

What are the benefits of good dog daycare?
There are a multitude of benefits. You'll see for yourself the joy your dog exhibits when nearing our front door after his or her first few visits. In brief, exposing a dog to a variety of people, dogs, sights and sounds is the definition of socialization. Behaviorists encourage regular socialization and daily exercise for dogs' overall quality of life and improved behavior. Check out our webcams so you can see your dog play!
My dog doesn't always want to play with other dogs; sometimes he just wants to be given affection. Is daycare appropriate for him?
Yes, some dogs enjoy watching the action from the sidelines which still provides positive stimulation. They prefer spending most of their day being loved by our staff. We're happy to cater to the lovers of the group.
Do you have a small dog area?
Canine & Co. Dog Resort provides a separate indoor and outdoor play area for our little ones. When staying overnight, we offer suites in a separate boarding area for our guests who are 30 pounds and under for their comfort.
Are the dogs supervised at all times during off-leash play?
Absolutely! Our staff are trained in safe daycare play.
Can I see the complete facilities where my dog will be staying and playing? Can I just drop by any time to take a tour?
Yes! We encourage and welcome you to tour the resort. See what makes us different.
Can I bring my dog along for the tour?
Bringing a new dog around the facility will cause too much excitement for the guests currently staying with us. Our policy requires proof of vaccinations for all our guests before arriving at the Resort to ensure the safety of all. We encourage you to bring your pup in for a half or full daycare so we can introduce him to the group appropriately.
How do I enroll my dog for any services provided by Canine & Co. Dog Resort?
You can access our online registration by selecting Reservations on our website. If you have questions, our customer service representatives are available from 9 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday and 9 am to 4 pm on Saturdays.
How do I make a reservation?
We have made it easy for you! Once the enrollment process is completed, you can go online to make a reservation request. Please note that reservations are not final until a confirmation is emailed to you.
Do you have breed restrictions?
No, our guests are assessed based on their individual temperaments.
Age Requirement
16 weeks and we require the completion of all core vaccines (series of 3 puppy shots), including rabies vaccination, to participate in all our services.
I have multiple dogs. Can they stay in the same suite?
Of course! We offer a separate boarding area for our smaller guests, but they can share a suite with their larger family members in the standard dog boarding area.
What should I bring when I board my dogs?
Please bring your dog's food in order to keep them on a consistent diet and to prevent an upset tummy. We encourage pet parents to add a little bit more food to their servings since they are more active here than at home. If you choose not to bring food, we will provide a premium dog food for a cost of $5 per day. As part of our luxury services provided, we offer an elevated bed, comfortable bedding and all bowls for feeding and water. You are welcome to bring a t-shirt with the scent of home should you think this will make your dog happy. Please note our policy that we do not allow rawhides since they can become a choking hazard, and we are not responsible for damage or loss.
Is the facility monitored?
Yes, our facility features comprehensive monitoring security systems 24/7.
